Refund Policy
Duration: Our policy has a duration of 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
It must be in its original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for certain types of items. This includes:
Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines.
Intimate or hygienic products, dangerous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software
Some health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
Books with obvious signs of use.
or CDs, DVDs, VHS, software, video games, audio tapes or vinyl records that have been opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
o Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds: (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Refunds delayed or not received: (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take a while for your refund to officially show.
Then, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is issued.

Sales or promotional items: (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
Changes: (if applicable)

 We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at contact@igniteluxx.com and send your item to: 14 rue des tanneurs, Rue des tanneurs, COUERON, Loire-Atlantique, 44220, France.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once your returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift buyer shipped the order to themselves and then delivered it to you, we will send the refund to the buyer and they will know that you have returned their gift.
Shipment:
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 14 rue des tanneurs, Rue des tanneurs, COUERON, Loire-Atlantique, 44220, France.
You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or insure your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
